“The product has a fault. I attempted return and was advised I needed original packaging and a 20% restock fee would apply and that a refund will not be provided. All of this is in contravention of consumer law. After pointing this out I was aksed to provide a return form - no comment was provided on the consumer law points. I completed the form only to be advised two days later that they won't accept the return as it's outide of their window. I need to go direct to Belkin. The whole process has been a dissapointment.”
