“Initially I was very happy with this company and the product however the last few batches have appeared defective. One batch came without labels on some bottles and one bottle had silver tape on it. The last batch ordered had some curling on the top of the bottle that didn’t go away even when I shook the bottle. I opened multiple bottles and they were all like that. I’ve been trying to contact the company and nobody is responding to me. I find that they respond quickly if I have questions while placing an order, but with an issue like this, all I’ve received is silence. This is a safety issue and I want to ensure that I am giving my baby the best and the products have not been tampered with or spoiled. I am really disappointed that nobody is responding.”
