Our babies came in today!! They are the friendliest bunch of chicks!! I ordered 12 hens and 3 roosters in all and they all survived and were in good health when I picked them up! I cannot wait for their colors to start coming in! Thanks again!! I will be ordering some more very soon!

Our Easter Egger Gertrude (Gertie) acts like a typical "firstborn" hen! She's a rule follower that never "tests the waters" or does anything naughty, has a daily routine of eating, drinking, resting, foraging, preening etc. for herself, is first to awaken in the morning, first to roost at night. She can be a bit timid and reserved at times, and generally is not the most affectionate in my mixed flock, but friendly enough to hold and be nearby and doesn't antagonize any of my other hens. Both very heat and cold tolerant and a consistent layer of beautiful aqua blue eggs! She was our first hen to lay at exactly 20 weeks & 1 day! She's definitely not loud & boisterous or a lap hen that follows you around, but overall our Easter Egger is a fantastic addition to our flock and a breed I'd highly recommend!

We have to agree that Easter Eggers are one of the most wonderful breeds to add to a backyard flock! It sounds like Gertie is a great addition to your flock with her demeanor and provision of those beautiful eggs!

I love EEs. They are great layers. Mine from MPC have always laid blue even though I know they could lay other colors. They tend to be friendly and hardly ever go broody.

Working with my pet chicken was a great experience. They have lots of great resources on their website and great customer service. I ordered 6 chicks and was very nervous because my chicks were delayed in the mail an extra day (usps issue, not my pet chicken). I sent an email to my pet chicken expressing my concerns with the delay and they got back to me super fast and reassured me everything would be alright. Sure enough all the chicks arrived in great health. I’ve had no issues with them (had them about a week now) and all are eating drinking and very happy little chicks ! I would buy from them again!

My stunning Easter bear! It's been only few days, but she's very calm, quiet and friendly with other baby chicks. She loves eating, hence she grew a lot already! Today I spotted how she got excited to find some grubs near the brooder, which made me very happy!
