“As others mentioned, our girls are not too fussy over this toy. Hopefully they‚Äôll grow to love it.
I also just shove treats into it through the cracks as I’m not patient enough to unscrew the screw to take it apart, add treats & reassemble. A ‘clip’ attachment device would make it easier to use, but probably less durable.
It‚Äôs OK. But definitely not a favorite in our coop.”
“Does a great job, holds lots of veggie scraps. I don't open by the screw, afraid they will strip out as they are very tiny. I would change the design to have a self closer, no screws, like press tabs to release. I just push leaves through the openings. Great for cabbage and lettuce! The chickens love it!”
“My flock has been loving these toys. It‚Äôs been easy to stuff veggies in there (I‚Äôve mostly done squash slices) and away they go! When I‚Äôm out working in the yard I hear the little bell ringing and I know they‚Äôre enjoying it. After several months, it‚Äôs still in quite good shape too, so it‚Äôs pretty durable. Definitely recommend!”
