“I ordered 4 golden laced wyandotte pullets and when I picked them up from the post office they were active and very vocal. They have acclimated to their new home very well. We found out that we have a couple who are salty LOL!! It took us a couple of days to get their run finished and on the day we let them out I left the nesting box doors open and three flew out, one was determined she wan't going to be compliant and ending up stuck betwee the body and drive train of my lifted truck, she was hiding so it took some work with me lying on the creeper under the truck to get her out. She was fine and has been identified as the noncompliant one LOL!! Trouble maker!”
Oh my goodness , we are sure it wasn't funny at the time but this gave us a good laugh! Sounds like your Golden Laced Wyandottes came with a little extra sparkle and a lot of sass!
