“I am so disappointed. The two Green Queens in our order both lay brown eggs. To make matters worse, I also ordered a Cuckoo Bluebar that also is laying brown eggs and the Ameraucana pullet I ordered turned out to be a rooster so no blue or green eggs for me. The only reason I added to my flock was to have egg color variety and unfortunately I am now at capacity and have no room to add to my flock. Even more disappointing is having paid so much for them when I could have purchased much cheaper birds that would have laid a brown egg every day. I should have ordered regular Easter eggers for way less money and probably would have had a much better chance of getting colored eggs. I feel like I was duped with these ‚Äúdesigner‚Äù breeds.”
