“Our Opal Legbar is so adorable. She is named Gojo and she wants to Go, all the time. She is extremely curious and he headdress is outstanding! She doesn't mind being held as long as she can still be monitoring everything that is happening around her. I am so glad we got her!”

“I’m so sad…my sweet opal legbar, Phoebe, was dead when I got home from work. I’ve only had her a month ..got her as a pullet 3/27. I don’t know what happened- no obvious signs of trauma. I spend time with them everyday & take so many pics & videos of them. She was happy & chipper last night. She was always the one who would come to me first out of the 7 pullets I ordered & she loved eating her food out of my hand. She was so beautiful with her little white mohawk. Rachel, Monica, Thelma, Louise, Ghost & Mustang Sally will miss her so…but not more than me R.I.P. “Feebs””

“Very Pretty Birds! They arrived in perfect condition and were quite chill with the whole shipping process when the other breeds were more freaked out. They settled in their temporary indoor home for the next 24 hours to make sure everyone traveled well, I probably could have moved them right out they seemed completely unphased, eating, drinking, took a nap and a dust bath in the bedding. They seem curious about the humans in the house watching us though a little cautions of being petted with only a few hours in their new home after what was probably a very confusing 12 hour trip from OH to NC. I can tell people I have Chickens that fly at 30,000 feet (on their plane trip here!) lol”
“I got two of these and my only regret is that I didn't order 2 More before they sold out!! I've wanted this color for a while, the photos look so beautiful and having now seen these girls in person? The photos still don't do them justice! These are hands down some of the most beautiful birds I have ever had in my flock, (and I've owned almost every single breed My Pet Chicken offers--and some other's they don't!) The color is just so light and the subtle baring marks under the dilute they look like a bird that flew out of heaven, add the inquisitive eyes and the big poofy crest? I felt like I was cuddling adorable chatty baby dragons not chickens. They just arrived yesterday and this morning they sat in my lap and preened their feathers standing on my hand for twenty minutes like they just get cuddled all the time! I am SOLD. I hope they offer these again next batch because I will have to buy more!!!”
