We appreciate hearing about our babies after they arrive at their new homes! The Black Muscovies are great ducks to have in a backyard flock and it is endearing to hear how they have already started the curious foraging! Hi Katie, I am so sorry to hear you may have received the incorrect breed! I have followed up via email so we can get this resolved as quickly as possible.
“I received the Black Muscovys on a Friday. Arrived fine. Slept well and were active on the second day. The next morning I awoke and they were all dead. No signs of any problem. Other dusks I had ordered were fine and still are.”
We are incredibly sorry to hear that 2 of your ducks passed. Our poultry is very hardy, but during the shipping process, although rare, if not handled correctly this can happen. This is why we guarantee our live animals for 48 hours and hope that the refund you received was as expected.
