“We ordered three ducklings and one arrived dead and one was sick The other seemed okay. I called immediately and let them know they told me to keep them posted over the weekend but by the end of that day all three had passed. I called and let them know and they immediately put me in touch with customer service who called me on Monday. And they resent my order after giving me a partial refund. I received my new ducks a week and a half later. I was a little disappointed because now my chicks were too big to be in with my ducks at the same time. So I had to start a second brooder box.all three ducks came and were healthy and happy and are thriving and doing great and are now big enough to be in with my chickens. I'm very happy with customer service and with my animals.”
