“Our delivery was very fast, just surprised that the product was not placed inside a delivery box, it was shipped as is in its original package, which got torn during delivery. Thankfully the heater was not damaged, but with mail service not being the most careful in how it handles packages, you might want to rethink just using the box the heater comes in to ship. “It works great no issues although I did for some reason think it came with a remote based on what others were saying but it does not. I think if the product had a remote it would be a bit easier to walk out back click the on, off or high n low buttons but other then that it works my hens love it and they started laying this winter again. The product is great a month later still working despite the nasty weather we are having. It did take awhile for the product to be shipped over a week just to process the other therefore ill give this four stars instead of five!”

This is a very good product, it give off a gentle heat and our girls use them . It shipped fast and seems to be well made.
