“I got two dark Brahmas named Chickera and Janet jackshen in August and they were the most adorable chicks! Besides from some bullying from Janet (that was resolved very quickly), they were so mellow and liked to be held. As adults they lay very well and have not been broody yet! They are very good chickens and like to be petted. They are so docile and calm it’s hard to remember any bullying ever happened. I love them very much and I’m exited to get more babies this month!

Sarah, we are delighted that you are over the moon with your Dark Brahma! We are in the "pet" chicken business and we often hear that our hens have become so much more than just part of a backyard flock.
