“The Golden Laced Polish Female were weak.Well.. two out of three. Since they are smaller birds by nature they were having a hard time not getting run over by the other birds. I was told they don’t always do well in transporting but the customer service was excellent and very helpful in educating me and giving me tools needed to help them survive. They called me immediately after I reached out and followed up with me daily. Unfortunately I loss 2 of them. Customer support Ana was very sweet and sent her condolences and reassure me that I did a good job with helping them and I was a good mama! She made me feel good in a very sad situation. She is the best! All of the of the pet care specialists were outstanding. The company reimburse me the two chics, I was not expecting that so that was a nice surprise. I will order from them again for sure.”
“I ordered 4 babies (cream Legbar, Partridge Olive Egger, Green Queen Easter Egger and Golden Laced Polish) and they arrived healthy and strong the day after hatching. MPC was fantastic to work with. They allowed me to change my order a few times without any issues and spent lots of time with me on the phone helping me pick breeds based off my climate and preferences. They shipped on the Monday I chose and sent me tracking that evening. I was able to see they had arrived at the USPS Distribution center 20 min from on Tuesday morning, so instead of waiting for them to be transported to my local post office the following day I just drove over and intercepted them. They were packed perfectly and warm chirping away. It's been a week now and all of them are thriving! Hoping everything is correct with Sexing/breeds but I do trust a company like MPC to ensure customers get exactly what they asked for. I will absolutely order chicks through MPC again in the future.”

“We received our chick (we had waited 5 months and were so excited!) and she seemed ok at first, but after 2 weeks we noticed her neck at an odd angle. Initially thought wry neck and supplemented appropriately, then thought her crop was formed on the wrong side. It all seemed odd so I took her to a poultry vet and she discovered her neck vertebrae were formed in almost an S shape. We gave her every accommodation we could and she was the sweetest little soul, but her deformity by 4 weeks was too severe for her to eat or drink properly and she passed away in my 9 year old daughter's hands. We are those nerdy people who treat our chickens like family and are utterly heartbroken. We cannot try again because of minimum order size for where we live so we are pretty bummed. She would have been gorgeous”
