“This company is terrible to work with. When I ordered this, I had to switch sizes and they told me that my order would ship out that day. Well it did not and subsequently did not arrive on time for my chicks. I knew it wasn’t going to arrive on time, and I told them this before it even arrived, they told me I could return it when it got there. Well now they want to charge me to pay astronomical return shipping and a restocking fee of 20%. I’m sorry this is ridiculous.”
