“I ordered 3 ducklings to add to our flock. We received all 3 but noticed 1 was not well from the shipment. I called right away for advice. The lady that I spoke to gave me some tips and tricks to try. I thought the little guy was going to make it but he didn't. I sent an email explaining what had happened and I received a refund for the one that I lost. The other two are thriving and have become part of the family. Great customer service!”
