Unfortunately, while the feeder helps reduce waste and mess, it isn't rodent-proof — and we don’t advertise it as such. Rats are incredibly clever and persistent, and even with the feeder mounted, they can often find a way in.
Until the rat issue is resolved, we recommend removing the feed at night to help prevent attracting them. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with pests like this and hope this helps manage the issue a bit more easily. If there’s anything else we can do to help, feel free to reach out.
