The customer service is prompt and fantastic. I forgot to enter my email address on the order and therefore could not find it to track it- that was quickly addressed.
Shipping was very fast and accurate. My chicks arrived the next day - packed well - healthy - alert - and very very cute.
I also loved the variety of breeds available and being able to mix and match.

“This is the 2nd Opal Legbar I have ordered that has died within 24 of receiving. The first time she arrived dead and this last one I received yesterday, and she made it over night. They were all napping when I left to take my kids to school and came back and within that 15 mins she was on her back with legs up.
I’m not sure if this is a delicate breed but if I order another one then I’ll look into having someone pick them up or picking them up myself instead of having them go through the postal service. MPC is great with customer service. It’s hard losing pets even as babies and I cried losing both chicks but at least MPC has a refund policy so you can try again. ❤️”

I named her Opal (creative, ik). She is now almost a month old and her feathers coming in are gorgeous.
She is the sweetest, calmest, friendliest chick. She gets along with all the other different breeds we have, she enjoys sitting in my lap or on my shoulder, she's not noisy, she follows me around while I pull weeds in the garden, she doesn't seem very fearful.
This is my first time owning and raising chickens and she's been a dream.”
