For people like me with only first hand knowledge of raising ducks as a kid, the site had plenty of information for me to make an informed decision.
The actually ordering process was simple. Selected ducks I wanted, date, gender, etc and paid. I was informed all along the way of what to expect and when.
Arrival day: I was 100% ready thanks to all the information. Pick up at Post office to home and in the brooder couldn't have gone better.
6 weeks old: They are huge and very healthy. We've established times to go to the pond and bedtime. I can walk them around the yard easily "come on guys, let's go" gets their attention!

“The duck came fine, but we also ordered hatching eggs. They came 5 days late. After 21 days one weak one hatch birdied. One had a peck hole but never hatched. The rest were dead and in different stages of development. So all 7 that were ordered were dead. We have a proper incubator and have hatch lots of chicks in the past. I think they were jiggled around in the mail too long”
