They fit. They protected the hens from the roosters for the mist part...ecvept for the upper wings. I'm satisfied

So far the aprons seemed as a great idea for my flock issues of picking. However, I have not yet been able to use it as my submissive and sweet chick seemed sooo disturbed while wearing it. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?! It would help to include some suggestions on how to use it, how to condition them to wear it and other customers experiences. The aprons look beautiful though, are well made and well finished.

The First ones I ordered didn’t fit (Even though I measured first), they weren’t made to the sizes that the website stated. MPC Resolved that issue and sent ones that were closer to the size listed on the site. The fit seems good, but after using for nearly 6 weeks, I’m still not seeing much difference in feather growth in the bare areas (and a couple birds wearing them look worse. ) I’m wondering if the fabric is too thin….? (If I make my own, I’m wondering about using a thin leather?, or suede?) (A bit tricky to put on, with nervous hens…they have elastic ‘wing bands’ that you have to guide the wings through.….wondering about a snap if I use something similar again?) I’ve resorted to separating the rooster for a while to give the girls a break from the over-mating…and allow their feathers to come back in. I have 12 hens and one rooster, and about 4 of the hens are getting over-mated.

Works well. Sizing chart is accurate. Be sure to measure before you buy.

Very poor product. I ordered the saddle wirh snaps which I purchased before and had great success. The last product sent did not have snaps but rubber bands, hardly worth the price, and would not stay on. Tried on different sized hens...always came off and list in hen yard. Very disappointing.
