“Received this adorable and animated White Cochin chick along with eleven other breeds in my live chick order today. This is my first time using an online shipping process for baby chicks, and while I was very anxious about it, I will say that MPC was extremely patient and sweet with me throughout all of my inquiries and questions along the way❤️. All 12 babies arrived alive and healthy on the second day of shipping, all breeds as requested, as far as I can tell. This is also my first Cochin, and I am not sure if this is a breed characteristic, but she is VERY chirpy and dare I say, 'bored' on her second day of life? All of the other chicks inmediately started chowing down on their starter mash, grow gel and drinking up a storm once I placed them in the brooder after the short trip home from the post office. The brooder is toasty at 92F and all bums clean. The only loud chirps are from SarahShe calms down in the peep pouch/loved a small field trip outside in mommy's arms♀️”

“Our white cochin boy, "Fat Fred" is a great rooster for our girls! He has a very nice personality for people and shares any treats with his girls. He is also quieter than our other roos. We bred him to our white Americana, and we got white fluff balls with beards. He grew to be quite large and appears to be overweight but it's all just feathers! All of our cochins are from "My Pet Chicken" and we are very pleased with their size, egg production and personalities”
