“I LOVE our polish she is the best .when she just started to lay egg they were PINK! but became later on were white she was very fast and hard to catch but liked to be held after chase she also had silly frizzeld cochin as a friend. i bought her from a breeder as a chick but a few weeks later i asked if she is going to breed more the breeder said she bought the polish from My Pet Chicken so i will get more polish from hear if my flock of 37 thins out a bit.”

While we were able to help you monetarily as your baby was covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee, please know that we care very much about these babies which is why we send them as soon as possible after they hatch. Right before chicks hatch, they have just absorbed the last of the yolk. This sustains them during their journey, for up to three days, so that's why they need to ship at that time, when the yolk will sustain them. In fact, it is far more unsafe to ship chicks that are more than one day old because the babies may not have the stores needed to survive the journey.
