Due to an overwhelming response online for our sampler box there has been a small delay in getting them packed and out. Unfortunately Australia Post has a similar issue with Black Friday sales causing overwhelm in their system too. We are biased, but they will be worth the wait! Hi Kim thanks for letting us know about your long shipping delay. Unfortunately we are seeing ridiculously long delays with Australia Post which is extremely frustrating for all. I am putting in an enquiry with Aus Post for you now to see what is going on. I will reach out to you via email with an update and a gift as a thank you for your patience. “I found I was drinking less alcohol than anyway so figured I may as well give these a go. Well it’s been a huge success, in a pretty glass with lots of ice and lemon lime etc I find it hits the spot beautifully. I don’t miss the alcohol one little bit. Also being low in sugar it ticks all the boxes. I’ve got to say it’s not been a massive change but I know it’s way better for me. For once doing something healthier has been really easy. I’m a convert.”

I can see that there was an issue with damage in transit with Australia Post for your order which may be the reason for further delays.
