I take several vitamins at once and there still is a bit of a tendency to gag easily when body is the last to go down- obvious to me that it is the tablet, not the quantity as I have done this for years. I will keep an eye on this. As I just look inside the bottle, they are holding together, but as the next day's grouping is in a cup there still is a bit of visual difference between the body and mind product. thanks for being attentive.
