“I take an antacid pill (prescription) which causes terrible constipation. I was taking all kinds of fiber daily to try to regulate the issue. I 1st started with Acidophilus and probiotics from New Earth. That worked perfectly with in 2 weeks. I was able to stop all added fiber. Since I have been diagnosed with acid reflux, I thought I would try the Spectabiotic product. I absolutely love it! My gut health continues. My goal for the future is to get off of the antacid pill.
