“Parcel never arrived customer service. Emailed me after I contacted them blaming the snow post of strikes still no parcel despite no snow and all my other parcels have arrived from other companies just not this one will not use a game plenty of the country stores that would send items”

“The shipping and delivery was great. The quality of the coat was fantastic and would have been perfect if the stomach strap was just a couple of inches longer. The length was perfect but I think our Staffordshire bull terrier has a deeper chest than most dogs. Such a shame that it didn’t fit as it was perfect otherwise.”
