“I bought the boot dryer to dry out rugby boots and school shoes. Unfortunately, although the item looked of good quality, I had to return it as the instruction leaflet said it was not to be used on leather items. As both sets of shoes are leather, I obviously couldn't use them. I queried this with the seller who told me that most people buy these for wellington boots which are rubber. Perhaps it ought to be made more clear then other customers won't have to pay out two lots of postage like I did; one to have them sent out and a second cost to send them back.”
