“Had to send the jacket back as it was to small, deer hunter would appear to altered the sizing,always used the same size on previous jackets. Excellent service from new forest though”
“I bought a different jacket as a present for my husband and it wasn't quite what he wanted. I rang for advice, got an exchange arranged and it was so easy and staff so helpful. We have the new jacket and he loves it - only thing is that there is no game pocket on the back like his old one (!) but the fit, quality etc is great. Having said that you could buy the jacket from anywhere and get that but this store were fab. Highley recommended.”
