“I bought a 12 and the fit is good. It is a warm coat so I haven’t worn it yet. It has little tabs in the hand warming pockets but I don’t know what their purpose is!
If it is waterproof like it says it is -it will be a great coat for walking the dog with plenty of pockets to carry dog walking things.”
