“I bought the jacket as I have had one in the past and found them of good quality and warm. I was surprised to find quality has slipped for a premium brand I expect more. The left hand pocket liner was already frayed and allowed items to disappear into the jacket lining. I contacted New Forest whom wanted photographic proof which was duly sent for them to then ask for the item to be returned. Waste of my time and waiting for a reply to say return. Not sure what I expected but I expect no body really cares. Musto need to inspect they're produce thoroughly before dispatch.”

Communication great, as the jacket was a little bit tight, sent back, (free postage) and ordered next size up, once again delivered within 2 days.
