Wanted to return but product bag ripped open already and mailing bag tapped across with parcel tape on RECEIPT. Not very professional in my view even though I understand recycling is important in ths day and age. Felt I wouldnt get my money back because returns policy states that labels etc including product bag must be intact. Wont be purchasing ever again from the company.”

Bought size M for my sprocker and it fits perfect, she’s due to be clipped next week so maybe a tad looser after, great coat, very pleased & fast delivery, would definitely recommend..”
“Lovely fleece coat. Would have given 5 stars but the sizing didn’t seem quite right. After measuring I ordered small for my cockapoo who is just over 10 kg and classed as medium by our vet. However the coat comes up a bit too big. I’ll keep it and hope that her winter fur will bulk her out.”
“Although coats fit, a little short in the back for my spaniel. However if went to next size up I think the under body strap would be far too big. Needs extra Velcro to be able to tighten a bit underneath. But easy to put on, but will see if the Velcro lasts. I may have to sew extra fastening on.”
