“Really nice looking smart coat. Not worn in rain yet but hoping it will stand the test!
Others say this is light weight - IT IS NOT, IT IS HEAVY! Light as in not thick, but it is heavy in weight, the heaviest i have ever worn.
Also check sizing - I am an 8-10 so ordered a 12 so i could layer up. It is a tight 12 round shoulders, no room to layer up and sleeves are quite short. I am 5'9 so not majorly tall.
Also zip is stiff and fiddly to do up, hoping it won't break. Was on the verge of exchanging the coat due to zip and sizing but can't be doing with the hassle, sure it will be fine and i do really like it!! :)”
“I bought the Navy. It’s beautifully made. After reading other reviews I bought a size 20. I’m a 16-18 and am 5’6”. It fits well across the back and shoulders. It leaves room for a big jumper. Definitely doesn’t look oversized although the arms and length are VERY long. I got over the sleeve length by folding the sleeves back to reveal the checked lining...not too much; about two inches it looks good. The full length is new to me but it’s what I need for dog walking in rain and mud. Great.”
“The garment reeked of cigarette smoke. Not an error or fault but poor practice and a health and safety issue. I explained I liked it but couldn't wear it and asked for company to contact me to discuss next steps. I had an email saying sorry and return garment for exchange or refund. Appallingly uninterested.”
