“Excellent jacket but was disappointed with the packaging. For the amount I had paid I would have expected it to be boxed. I bought a jacket for myself from welligogs for a similar price and it came boxed with tissue paper and looked expensive.As this was a gift I had to go out and buy a box and tissue paper. Maybe you could offer it as an option.”
“Although my ordering was simple and delivery was prompt I needed to exchange 2 items ( 1 Line ) because of size, I completed the returns form and packaged in original packaging returned the items. Instead of the alternate items I get an e mail saying I have been refunded for the items with no explanation why.”
