“It didn't fit and you didn't have next size up. The sizing needs consideration in your marketing perhaps? I have been left with no option but to ask foir a refund. Difficult to review the coat. However you presumably have acted in error in sending me this email! Still take the points! This is now the second purchase in a row I have returned for size issues.”
