“I bought a cupra wax jacket, which arrived fine but was too big. The return procedure also looks fine.I sent the jacket back asking for a smaller size, all in accordance with the instructions. The return was tracked and got back to New Forest Clothing on 07 Jan. Its now the 12 Jan but Ive heard nothing back. I don’t know if they’ve sent a replacement or are going to, nor when they might get in touch.”

First and foremost, I advice to make business with this shop, I called by phone and the sales clerk advised me right about the size and model specification;
Second, the jacket itself is super value for money, the wax won't stain or fix to other textures... A light smell is normal however.
Same for hunting, mushrooming, motorbiking, the jacket won't let you down! You won't get wet outside, the jacket will not be soaked by rain.
Also for going around in the city is suitable, unless you've kept a dead fasane for a night in the magnificent poachers' pocket. This pocket is a fantastic feature you can comfortably use as a second (poachers') hand luggage at the airport...
