“The jacket is very smart, very warm and fits beautifully. The colour is lovely but it was a surprise as I had ordered green. Sent the first one back as I had ordered a size 14 which I would not have been able to put a warmer jumper under so returned it and requested a size 16 to replace it but this dark brown one arrived. I loved the colour so did not return this. Thank you so much for your quick prompt service. I look forward to wearing it walking my dogs and know I will be warm and dry.”
