I immediately returned for an exchange for size 10 and received the new size 10 in 5 days and there was a weekend in between so great service. The size 10 Jacket is perfect and super quality. Plus being made in Great Britain unlike the other Brands of Wax Jacket I have had in the past. My partner also has one of the padded mens jackets and is equally pleased.
