“Everything was great apart from the fit of the coat. Reviews and guidance said to size down and as I really wanted the coat I decided I’d go a size up as it wouldn’t matter if it was big on me. I could just about zip it up which really shocked me and I was mega disappointed. The coat itself was lovely and really good quality, I think I may have got a rouge sized one.”
