“I purchased this Ladies Traditional Wax Jacket as I have worn Wax Jackets for years due to the durability in all weathers in the UK. Unfortunately, this product is nothing like what a Wax Jacket is designed for ( outdoor walking ) I would have been better off buying a cotton jacket because the Wax properties were non existent. I wore this jacket out in the rain for a 20 minutes and came back with soaking wet shoulders. Not what I would expect after only wearing this jacket a handful of times since I purchased it on 7th September 2022. Then yo add insult to injury the customer service I received was a poor as the jacket. I was simply told this product isn't waterproof, no apology or please return it and we will refund you. Disappointed doesn't come close to how I feel about this product and the Company.”
“This is my first purchase of a wax jacket. As a dog walker I have been seeking something to really keep me dry. First time worn, it did just that! I was impressed with how the jacket coped with heavy rain - only wish this jacket came in a length beneath my knees.
