“I am size 10/12 for coats ad jackets. The size 10 I purchased is huge from the waist up and tight fitting from the waist down. So ladies, if you too are pear-shaped, I do not recommend it. Very nice tan colour much better than the online pic.”
“I recently bought a padded Wax Jacket off this company which when arrived was far too big for me. I contacted the company and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful; I was interested in the traditional wax and also the antique wax jacket, so he suggested that I buy both and return whichever ones didn't fit. He advised that I would probably need a size 14 in the traditional wax jacket (I usually take a size 16) as they were on the generous size. I received both items within a couple of days - the antique jacket was unfortunately too short in the body - it is more of a bomber jacket length, but the traditional wax jacket was a perfect fit - and I fit in a size 14 to boot - result!!! I returned my unwanted items and received a refund on the day that they received the goods back to their premises.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.”
