The head band is fleece lined and the rest of the hat is a loose knitted acrylic so in the recent very cold weather the top of my head felt noticeably cooler than the rest of my head.
I am a 71/4” hat size and the fit is snug but not tight.”
“This hat has a warm head band that covers my ears and the top is more ventilated to stop overheating. I like it but it’s probably not for extreme cold weather!”
