“So my initial review on 2 November 2023 was five stars.
I’ve had these trousers for almost 3 months and worn them probably 4 or 5 times.
They are waterproof but they are not very robust. I appreciate that thorns will skag them but I have a small hole appear in one trouser leg that I don’t recall snagging and one of the pockets inner seam has a hole in the pocket.
Sadly I cannot recommend this product”
“I am yet to wear these trousers in anger, and the quality appears, at least, to be good. However, I have a major problem with sizing and consistency. I ordered two pairs of “olive” trousers. A 34” short and a 36” short, to make sure I got the right size. The 34” pair are very small. Indeed the waist button was about 3 inches off being able to be holed. Fair enough. But the 36” pair are too large. I have measured the respective waists and they are hugely more than 2 inches different. Also the legs on the 36” pair are 2 inches wider down the whole length. You can easily see the difference in the picture attached. Amazingly, the colour of the two pairs are significantly different. One is green the other brown. I reiterate, the quality of the material does seem to be good, if yet untested. But come on - colour and sizing all over the shop…”
“I ordered size waist 32. I was sent waist 38 according to the label inside the trouser and the label on the plastic bag. But the cardboard label attached to the belt loop stated size 32. They were size 38 and much too large!
I was told there had been a problem of labelling from the manufacturer but they thought it had been sorted - unfortunately not.”
“Bought THESE WHEN THEY FIRST CAME OUT & HAVE BEEN GREAT BUT WORN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE RAIN YESTERDAY & THEY ARE NOT WATERPROOF, LEAKED RIGHT THRU EVERYWHERE, ,SOAKED TO THE SKIN AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR. WON'T BE WEARING THESE IN THE RAIN AGAIN! DRY WEATHER TROUSERS ONLY I'M AFRAID”
