“both the service and the product were excellent, however i found the padding was too thick for me, so phoned office who agreed that i could exchange it for the sherwood forest traditional wax jacket (unpadded). I returned jacket same day first class with tracking. It arrived at office friday , so am now waiting for my exchange jacket to arrive as quickly as first.”
“Very pleased to receive the jacket for my husband,replacing our 20+ yr old very expensive ones and find it is of such decent weight. Not heavy but not the thin nylonish fabric seen in some shops purporting to be waxed cotton and for double the price. Waiting to order for myself when small in stock. Only thing missing is the draw cord which allows for a snugger fit. Very helpful staff via email who answered my queries promptly. Thank you”
“Ordered the padded wax jacket which arrived quickly and was of great quality. Sadly it was enormously too big! I am a female size 12-14 and I ordered a medium but sent it back for a refund as it was massive and I doubt even an extra small would fit me! Must be generous men's sizes!”
