“Unfortunately, I didn’t pay enough attention to the size guide and the jacket was too large.
I went to the Post Office yesterday to return it requesting an exchange for a smaller size.
So far I am very happy with the procedures in place and look forward to receiving a replacement, which hopefully will be a better fit”
