“the problem for a USA buyer is that the cost to return is too great to warrant an exchange. (eg, returning a $75 gilet would cost more than $100 usd.) it would be helpful if NFC could provide a label at the discounted rate that it enjoys when delivering. As is, I cannot risk buying more from NFC for fear that it could not be returned/exchanged.”
