“Received my new coat very promptly and was delighted with it until I put it on for the first time and had great difficulty pulling the zip up, it was very stiff and caught all the way up. Also the poppers were impossible to close with the coat on. I needed to get one hand inside the coat or pocket to get the outside popper to close on it. Just about impossible. I was very disappointed and have sent the coat back to see if this is normal. If it isn’t I would like a replacement coat, but if this is normal the I would like a refund so that I can find a coat that I can actually wear.”
