“Ordered this jacket for my husband and it arrived so creased that it was unwearable so returned and requested a replacement. The second one arrived even more creased. It's not as though you can just iron out the creases. So going to have to return that one as well for a refund which means a deduction is taken for returning an unwearable item. If only more thought could be taken as to how things are packaged as it is a lovely jacket. We ordered the waistcoat as well but returning that now as not much use without the jacket.”
“Ordered my usual jacket size, 40 in regular, fit is perfect, not sloppy or too tight but roomy enough to put shirt with jumper on underneath. Feels warm, nicely made, wouldn’t say it’s as heavy as Harris tweed but to be fair it’s less than half the price. Would definitely buy again.”
