“Supremely comfortable, quiet and warm. Elasticated waist is great for seasonal variations in waist size. Pockets in just the right places. Adjustable leg length was the key factor in choosing these trousers, although for a 29" leg I'd rather them just make one that size as the turn up is a little uncomfortable when the leg is tucked into wellies. The second pair of these I have bought. Was a great bargain in the recent sale.”

But I need not have worried as they feel great. Sizing around the waist was correct and the three tiered zip feature meant I could raise the legs a bit to suit.
