“Great jacket, lightweight but feels substantial. Do not go up in size as it’s plenty big enough. I’m a big medium but I reckon small would have been just fine. It’s got long arms and back to protect you from the wind and rain. Will be great for dog walking and it’s smart enough to wear out in town. The price is spot on as well. In fact it feels too well made for money. Other brands should learn a thing or two from Ridgeline!

“I was recommended this coat by a friend who uses his for beating. So far I've only managed to use it once, in an hours heavy rain. The coat performed beautifully, I was perfectly dry beneath without over heating. I was especially impressed with the wired peak in the hood that kept all the rain from my face. “I am around 17 stone, 6ft 8” tall with a large wingspan and a long back. The XXL fits me perfectly. The extra long tail on the coat covers my bum and the sleeve length is great. The coat has a lovely soft feel to it and though I haven’t yet been out in bad weather it feels like it would be up to the task. I bought it primarily for dog walks but it is certainly smart enough to wear into town. I chose it after seeing another chap wearing one at an equestrian event. It looked good on him and my wife and daughter say it looks good on me.”
