“I have no issues with the product itself, my issue is with New Forest Clothing's return policy.
Having referred to the sizing guide on the webpage, which said the sizings were accurate, I ordered a 60cm size which is the same as all my other caps and hats.
The product I received with a 60cm label was too small.
I wanted to exchange this for the larger 62cm size but was told they were out of stock and would not be getting any more in and therefore my only option was to return for a refund.
I can accept that I would not get back the payment for delivery but the additional deduction of £3 meant I would only receive half my total outlay.
This penalty seems unfair for something that was not my fault.
I am very disappointed with this transaction.
I have donated the cap to the charity bag and am removing New Forest Clothing from my list of on line shopping sites.
Incidentally, I had a similar issue with a hat manufactured by Tilly and purchased via Amazon. I returned this and received a full 100% refund.
