Daily Gut Health Boost is the new way to enjoy fibre. It's specially designed for people who struggle with bowel irregularity, IBS or sensitive tummies. It includes PHGG prebiotic fibre to promote regularity and feed good bacteria. We've included the probiotic Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 to reduce irritable bowel discomfort & bloating. “I was not aware that it was fibre, I have IBS and fibre messes that up a bit. I have had to start slowly with only half the quantity to avoid gut issues.I am not overly fond of the tropical taste and unfortunately I bought 2 packets so I will have to get used to it.”
