“I was recovering from a severe diverticulitis attack when I started using Superflora shakes. The relief was almost immediate and I began to feel so comfortable. “I have been ordering the superflora Chocolate and Vanilla packs for what seems like years, as they are my go to lunch every day to keep my sensitive stomach settled. 50g blitzed with 250ml of half each lactose free milk and water and 1 tablespoon blueberries (or any other low fodmap fruit) is the best smoothy for lunch for sensitive tummies.”
